The main event this month was the UVSS Clubs and Course Union days where we met some amazing people! The beginnings of more cross-club collaborations are stirring! We also:

  • Welcomed four amazing new executive members to the club for the first semester that it will not be primarily run by the founding members. We also learned a lot about what the club members are interested in learning and contributing during our orientation event.
  • Held our first Discord challenge in an attempt to add new ways for members to be involved in the Curbside community.
  • Finished the first iteration of a full-size auto dispenser prototype. It had issues the valve and it didn’t actually work but we learned some good lessons for future versions.
  • Clarified our annual reporting requirements.
  • Did a bunch of work in preparation for clubs day and our orientation meeting, e.g., updating and printing pamphlets, moving links to linktree, negotiating table space with UVSS organizers, figuring out meeting plan and election plan, designing, printing, and distributing posters, and writing up orientation speech.
